Dubai, the commercial hub of the Middle East, is the site of the Gulf region's latest, most progressive lifestyle and entertainment destination - Dubai Festival City, the Middle East's largest mixed-use real estate project.
This waterfront 'city-within-a-city' spans 3.5 kilometres along the shores of the historic Creek in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is set to transform shopping, living, leisure and working lifestyles in Dubai.
Designed as a centre-place destination, Dubai Festival City, a privately funded project of the Al-Futtaim Group, will offer a world-class and unmatched mix of entertainment, dining, shopping, a marina, hotels, residential, office and hotel components, as well as an 18-hole recreational golf course, designed by Robert Trent Jones II, and sports and leisure facilities.
Dubai Festival City will
have 15 varying communities, each with sub-zones, which will be developed in
line with the Emirate's market demand.
The project has the endorsement of the Government of Dubai, and enjoys the full
backing of His Highness General Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown
Prince of Dubai and UAE Defence Minister.
